Robin began her career with New York Life Insurance in February 2004. Prior to this, she was the Director of Contracting and Licensing for BISYS (Crump) Insurance Services, which gave her the background and skills needed for her current position.
Since starting with New York Life, she has earned her AIRC, ACS and AIAA designations, and most recently her FLMI, through LOMA.
She is also a graduate of Mansfield University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.
Outside of work Robin is very active in her church and enjoys time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, traveling to sunny locations to enjoy the sun and waves, and cuddle time with her dog, Judah.
